Black and red geometric confetti sweater dress thing! Vintage 80s 90s mod. I’d say this is reversible too!!! Not technically made that way as the seams on the red side are more visible (that’s supposed to be the inside) and what might have been a 2 inch repair... just a little extra line of sewing next to the side seam (last pic) but it’s definitely not so noticeable.
