Two gorgeous collectible hand-crafted and hand-painted porcelain dolls - Yolanda’s Perfect Babies, created for The Ashton-Drake Galleries, designed by Yolanda Bello Vintage and Collectable. Yolanda’s babies were the first series of porcelain baby dolls to be manufactured by The 1854 Edwin M. Knowles China Company. The dolls are in the original packaging (box and logo wrapping shows wear) and both dolls come with their story, plus certificates of authenticity. 1. Heather: Part of the second issue in the Perfect Babies collection, she lays on her tummy with a look of wonder on her face. Propped up on her original lacey pillow, she is so realistic and beautiful. Voted Doll of the Year” in 1987 by Limited Edition Dealers. Last made in 1990. 2. Matthew: An original in the Perfect Babies collection, dressed in a sailor suit and he has his own blue picnic blanket. He wears white socks under his black shoes. Has blond hair and green eyes. Matthew has a damaged left shoe, and a small stain on the back of his pants.
