SET OF 2 TIE DRAPE TASSELS

Set of 2. Drape ties. Each one has 2 tassels. Never been used. One looks like the thread is loose but it is not. It’s the end of the tie. Manufacturer just never cut the end. Seen in one picture. It is not defected.
