SESSA Swim Coverup Pants - originally sold by Talbots Vintage and New With Tag Size Large Pink and Lime Green Sheer fabric with slits at ankle hems Front tie for adjustable waist Palazzo style - light and flowy Note - I took two measurements for the waist - one is seam to seam and the other is loosened and better matches how the tie would tie. Appears to be adjustable between the two measurements!
