SERGIO lined leather suede boot/1 3/8 heel

I believe these are a 9.5? I believe the 95M means 9 1/2M . They are equivalent to a women's 11 ish. Not sure if these are unisex, men’s womens... the numbers at top read 01-84865-5-4 095M 55640 163 lined very nice condition.. there are a few light marks here and there but nothing that jumps out and overall very nice suede leather heel-1 3/8 11 3/8" long on bottom toe to heel width on bottom=4" slouchy ruched look
