hellolovely1446 Hi, regarding the boots, I am very sorry that they do not fit well. They are, as you can see, the size they were listed as - I guess maybe you don’t wear that exact size in that brand??? I find that sometimes my size will vary depending upon the shoe brand and I have to adjust accordingly. I wear a 9 in some brands, a 9.5 in others, and in some brands I even wear a 10. Oddly enough, in Hunter boots, I wear a size 8.

hellolovely1446 I am also VERY sorry that the condition isn’t what you expected it to be - the photos (other than the stock photos, of course) do show a little bit of lightening of the suede (which happens almost immediately, I have found, with black suede boots or shoes), but the soles of the boots look almost brand new. They were cleaned and sanitized right

hellolovely1446 before shipment, and I think their condition was accurately represented in the listing. I suggest that you resell them. I see listings for those exact boots right now on Poshmark for $95 and $150. You paid $37, so I am sure that you can get out of them AT LEAST that.
