SENSATIONAL DESIGNER 1950s' EGGPLANT COLOR VELOUR + TOPSTITCHED WIDE BRIM HAT

Th is beautiful and large hat was designed by famous British designer PHILLIP SOMMERVILE. The round crown is surrounded by a very wide brim which is topstitched all over. The underside of the hat is made of a matte coordinating color. Around the crown there is a draped piece of fabric that matches the brim underside color. This is simply a divine and timeless creation. He is widely known for hats worn by the Queen – from whom he held a Royal Warrant – and Diana, Princess of Wales. He also created headgear worn by two James Bond villainesses.
