goodbuysales22 @deals_n_more if the sale didn’t go through, you would have to send it again to the customer. And have them buy it. And let them know it didn’t go through, and now they will have to pay shipping again

goodbuysales22 @deals_n_more Oh yeah. Because it was during your live! So it bundled it all together. So what you can do is cancel the $3 shipping label. Message the customer and tell them that you forgot it bundled it together so that wasn’t going to work. Send them the $3 shipping label again. And it will send you another in the email. She will just have to pay shipping for that one. I believe that’s all you can do

goodbuysales22 @deals_n_more when you get a package over 5lbs. And it’s in a show. You have to sell the shipping label after the show and send it to them. So it doesn’t bundle. They still have to pay twice for shipping but it’s way better than them paying 13+ dollars

goodbuysales22 @deals_n_more shit I forgot that to. You can’t cUse it’s bundled. So now you can request her to buy the label again. And tell her you will throw in something else or if theirs anything in your closet she wants she can have just not the high priced stuff. Try and make it up to her that way. So the customer is still happy and they get their money worth. And you don’t loose any. Sorry! I’m having a crazy night and totally forgot….
