This individual used a fake name and an unregistered account. He/she was not verified by Poshmark, and they used fraudulent means to purchase one of the items in my listing. The buyer goes by Marta Mariscal (Marta_6299)with a fraudulent address in McAllen, Texas. Scammer if you are reading this wire fraud is a federal offense. I've taken delivery of filing a report with the McAllen Police Department, and a detective has already been assigned to this case. I have also taken the liberty of notifying the McAllen post office and my local post office postmasters who are in turn filing a formal complaint with the USPS Investigator General because the name on the label does not match the address and it is against the law to use the mail for crimes especially cyber crimes. they will be working in conjunction with my local law enforcement to make sure that we bring you to justice. I've also contacted the US Department of Justice Cyber Crimes Division. the last person who crossed me ended up doing 8 years in federal prison for identity theft. clearly, you'll be the next to cross off my list!
