Absolutely lovely skirt in size 12 by See by Chloe. The waistband is a piece of elastic that looks like a ribbon with some shine to it. A perfect piece for the summer! Can also be worn low on the hips if you are a smaller size for that hippy-chic look. Waist measures 16.25” flat. Length is about 30”. No noticeable damage or spots.
