sawkapow @yiyito2000 hi! Sorry for my delay! No scratches on the heel! The scuffs MAY come off, but I’m really not sure. I tried rubbing with them with an eraser, which has worked in the past for suede shoes. It helped and maybe could use more, but I didn’t want to rub too hard and cause any damage before it gets to the next owner. I haven’t tried anything else yet. Feel free to make an offer!
