purplesparklez @cvistinv hell yea she is lol nyx pencils and or lippies lipglosses are only around $5-$6 at most .. UNLESS she may be listing it for that much and then lowering it so the person can get cheaper shipping .. But the person interested would have to ask and if she does say yes $14 then that's a scam and sad
