SCALLOP Fringe Black HoBo Vintage Leather Handbag. Bought this year's ago and was definitely one of my favorite, used it alot for Travel. Some piling of cotton lining, some wrinkling of SCALLOP fringing from age (easy fix w/streaming). A small area of the lining needs re- stitching see pic. Also strap needs stitching.
