LNC- soft cotton ploy fabric. Deep v-neck with pleats at waist going up bodice and down skirt. BEautiful gray blue and navy stripe with a small accent stripe. 3/4 sleeve with black and gold button. I think this dress is best suited with a pair of tall heeled boots or strappy sandals. Can be worn with booties with heels for a more casual look. Side zipper.
