_annalee_ So, I just got a pajama set with a big hole on the pants, how you gonna solve this? I’m offering two options - first, I’m sending this back and you ship another one brand new with no issue, and you will not get 1 star rating, of course if you have another one. And second option is I’m sending it back, giving you 1 star rating and wish you all the best.

michelle_riddle @_annalee_ I will ship u another set in the morning no need to ship that back but if you could send me a photo of the damage that would be great. I’m very sorry that your item arrived damaged I have had no issues with this line thus far but the lot was over 100 sets so one could have been damaged,! Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to my immediate attention and allowing me an opportunity to correct the issue... how would you like to receive your tracking number tomorrow?

Your replacement set of pajamas should have been delivered today... your tracking info is in those messages as well FYI your item replacement if doesn’t arrive today will definitely be there there tomorrow but I think was delivered today will update all when I have verification
