@177ariew Hi! The platform at the toe that travels up the length of the shoe is 1”, and the heel at its maximum height(including platform) is 4”.

@177ariew these are leather, yes. I wanted to be objective, so I measured the widest area of the footbed/toe area and it is 3.25-3.5” wide. In my opinion they are not wide. I would say more narrow-to-average width.
