NWT striped embroidered eyelet bell sleeve button down striped dress in perfect condition. So cute and I love it so much unfortunately it was way too big on me I needed the 0 instead of a 2. :( it doesn't have the belt but I bought it like that and didn't realized it till I tried it on but it would pair nice with a thin black one.
