blu333skies @laliknowles I totally do but this supervirus or whatever it is has completely taken over my life ;( it's gotten worse every day. Worried I might be edging on bronchitis now...my kiddo's super sick & I'm barley making work happen. At this point I should prob just say let's touch base next week :) 🌻🌻🌻

laliknowles Oh my god! I am so sorry....I went through something similar last year in November and literally didn't get through it until January. However I also have an autoimmune Sjögren's makes things a little harder for me to get over. Olive leaf tea is awesome. Beet juice is amazing as well small shots with ginger and lemon. I have lots of good health tricks! I hope all of this passes for you soon. Sending healing light!

laliknowles You have to go to some type of herbal store or apothecary some co-ops carry it too. Also please check out the paleo autoimmune cookbook! I have an autoimmune too...but the lady that wrote this has hashimotos....so I got one on amazon! Also alkaline water....

laliknowles Oh yes ok! I'll hold it! So I buy the eternal. It comes from two spring sources one in Shasta and one in Albany ny. The spring is naturally alkaline! So I recommend it. Also kill the night shades in your diet and most salt with hashimoto you may already know that salt really cause a negative thyroid side effect. Avoid kombucha but coconut Keifer is awesome you can buy this at the health food store.
