I am in the jewelry industry and as I looped the diamond, I did not like the way the diamond was set! The ring could have been fine however, I was not 100% confident. @samiam408 I feel ya! Same thing here. Swollen fingers now. Tried both sizes on and smaller size fits better. Larger def moves on my finger! I can wear the med on my right hand ring finger that is a 7.5 and I swollen. Recommending med unless wanting to wear on middle finger
