loloresale @sherml there is some stretch being that it has 5% elastin. The top of the cuff (at the seam) is 4.5" and stretches to 6" laying flat. the bottom (opening) is 4" and stretches to 5ish inches. the cuff seam stretches with the fabric. Hopefully this helps.
