SALE! Vintage porcelain irridescent trinket dish

Vintage porcelain iridescent painted trinket dish. It says ospae on the bottom and I was unable to find what that meant. It is in excellent condition it doesn't look like it was ever used before but I know that it was very old so it was well taken care of if it was used. It's painted in pretty blue orange pinks mixed all together in a beautiful way with a big flower on top it's beautiful and it's painted in the inside on the bottom where your jewelry goes. It's a very nice piece.
