SALE Handsome mid century whimsy or fascinator hat. In black satin, five petaled blossoms perch on the front and top of the hat. The stamen of the blossoms are in black and white on satin stems. The stems converge at the back for a tail. The petals appear on a wide gauge flocked veil that covers the head to nose length. It carries a label that reads Carson Pirie Scott Co--a popular Chicago area department store. It also has a union made label. Size: 13" front to back and side to side.
