SALE Attractive mid century design black portrait hat. In millinery straw, it has a large gauge, flocked 5" net "veil" resting on the brim--not meant to pull down to face. There is a hint of netting at edges. A 7/8" velvet band encircles the crown at the base and leads to a huge 12 x 2 1/2" bow at the back. Note brim is a little wavy.
