SALE A nostalgic find! A GAA (Girls Athletic Association) letter sweater from 1954 for archery. The hint as to which school is revealed by the pin on the shoulder that says I'm an E RAB fan. The E RABs are the Rockford Illinois East high school campus. Black and red are the colors and RAB supposedly stands for Red And Black. The black sweater is complete with the following appliques: 1. large I with GAA inside 2. small enamel pin GAA on left pocket 3. left side outer sleeve--SA 4. round white felt with red lettering--archery sport head 5. right side another GAA in Illinois map 6. in an "I" GAA Camp 1953 7. right sleeve--red shield with GAA ER 8. the numbers 54 9. the red fan pin. The brand is Brent.
