The design is a crepe-like fabric with cream background across which appear stylized circles in lime green, seafoam, yellow and brown. A 2" gros gain ribbon in turquoise & forest green circles the brim. Label reads Caron Pirie Scott--a famous Chicago based department store in mid century.
