It comes with top and bottom already made trays that can be worn at home or on the go. saramorgan30 @loriann143 hello , so it has 4 treatments, 1 for top and one for the bottom. So a total of 8 trays. I sometimes used the bottom trays for the top because, you really cant see my bottom teeth when I smile. You can use it anytime of day and you wear them for 60-90 minutes. By the end of the cycle your teeth are 2 to 3 times whiter. I love them, these have to be my favorite I have ever used. And won't use any other now.
