travelgirld72 @gidget65 ..sorry I took this long but I just measured the breast ..I measured on top of where its scrunched around the back and I measured 281/2 ..its a size 8 ..

travelgirld72 @linaleeklier hi it comes just about 2 inches above my knee on me ..I also measured it and from under the breast where its ruffled from the bottom of that to the end of dress is approx 23 inches .
