SALE Sophisticated & Comfy Black Faux Fur Hat Winter Wonder

SALE Sophisticated, but comfy, winter hat in black "fur." Sold by Marshall Field & Company, it is a soft black, long nap "fur"--soft like rabbit fur. We believe this to be a faux fur, however. The shape sports a top knot 2" button in black vinyl. The 1" brim is also in black vinyl. The hat does not cover the ears, but hugs the head with the assistance of the brim. We would place this in late 1900's, early 20's. Size: 15" front to back; 15" side to side; 21" inner band circumference Condition: very good vintage, no loss of fur, vinyl intact.
