Can use any side of the stone. Item is Brand New with Tag. Hallmarked with the Silpada logo symbol. solid brass & Sterling Silver Plated with Large Blue Lapis Stone & Dangling Crystal Accent. Necklace is actually 35 inch wearable & pendent section dangles down an additional 9 inch. Blue Lapis stone measure approximately 3 inch wide by 2 inch tall kind of wedged shaped. Necklace has beautiful Crystal Accent that dangles down.
