SALE! Rampage Black Long Dress w Ruched Top Med

Was $25 I bought this new 18-20 years ago which dates it to the early 90s so i suppose that makes it's vintage ;-) I wore it one time to my grandparents 50th anniversary & it's hung in my closet every since. The top is ruched w an embroidered floral design. I'm 5'2", it comes to my ankles. I removed tag but I know it's a med. Fabric is satiny & it has weight to it so it hangs nicely. Two tiny spots on the back of the top where it's pulling but you can only see if you hold it to the light.
