**Polka dot boho dress / tunic

Cream and black polka dot dress or tunic. 3/4 sleeve. Very cute little dress or tunic. Could be worn with a long sweater and with boots on cooler days. To give you an idea of length, I am 5'6" and hits me mid-thigh (I wear this over a black body con tank dress to give a little more length).
