tsweat27 I understand wasn't trying to low ball I wanted this for my 7yr old she loves the ponies but I'm a single mom on minimum wage and have 3 kids I'm sorry I just can't do that offer with the shipping cost too

kaplana60 @tsweat27 I understand. I don't think this would fit her. It's an adult top. If you want me to take it out of plastic to measure, I can do that later when I am home. If it would fit her, maybe we can work something out. I have so many clothes in many sizes. If there is anything else you need that I have, it's just one shipping price. I said need because of your budget.
