Made of 14k rose gold (filled) and a row of cubic zirconia! This piece was originally bought and owned by myself. Worn a few times. ***I have cleaned it thoroughly with a jewelry brush and alcohol. I also took it to be autoclaved (professional grade sterilization) for an hour. Note the last picture - these show how the top pink circle turns brown once the packet has been in the autoclave.
