nicoletrain hmm. im not sure if this jacket will be too tight on me though. i wear my scubas in size 4 too. my measurements are 32 bust 25 waist 5'4"

jmadigan @nicoletrain it fits but but the style is definitely a snugger fit, perfect for a workout tank under it. You are a little smaller than I am, but if you want to layer t's and long sleeves under it that may be tight. I'm bigger busted which was my main issue. Otherwise I absolutely love it!
