Beautiful dress that is was too small for me until my waist got back down to 25. I didn't see the inside tag at first, the main tag is cut. It seems that it may be from a Forever 21 store in the Netherlands? Or.... Mexico, but the tag says Forever 21 B. V. Netherlands ? idk, check the tag. I can't imagine this style being sold any time recently but, perhaps if it's from an international location,that would explain the style. Fits XS or chest max 36 with a waist 25 or less. Flowy but not very full skirt, a bit more than A line . Will lay slimmer than a full skirt. No flaws found. Sheer top layer over all. Zip in back up to waist and then open with a button at the neck. No stretch. Just barely above floor length on me at 5'6.
