What material is this? Heavy or light? How long is it roughly?

@jlireland Hi, it is 65% viscose, 30% polyamide, 5% spandex. It is not a light material, Not super heavy, but it has a nice weight to it. It is about 32 inches long from middle of shoulder to bottom of dress.
