The interior is vinyl while the exterior is a burlap type of material. Velvet rose and trim throughout the exterior. The large compartment with the kiss lock closure in the bag is permanently attracted and is not removable. JR of Miami, Florida bags are made with incredible craftsmanship and are quite difficult to come by. Perfect for Valentines or the spring time!
