SALE Glamorous Vintage Lilli Diamond Evening Gown

SALE Glamorous 1980 Era Evening Gown by renowned designer Lilli Diamond of California. In milk chocolate brown, the top is sheer chiffon tagged with lines of metallic gold, silver and brown "lozenges." A copper tone liner serves the top and adds a hint of that color. The 22 1/2" long sleeves are sheer except at the cuff where a gold trim is used. The scoop neck carries the gold trim as edging. A 5" wide sash defines the set in waist, which has slight elastic gathering. The skirt is more satin texture. The sash is 28" long and closes with a button. The back closes with a 22" back nylon zipper. The tag identifies this a size 12; 93% rayon and 7% metallic. Lilli Diamond brand was produced until the '80s. We are placing this in the '80s, although it could be as early as the late '60s. The label is identified as post 1965. Note we found an excellent resource at lillidiamond web site.
