Black pleated front dress pants / slacks size 40. By "SIGNATURE COLLECTION" - I have no idea who it is, despite tons of research. Relax fit with some elastic in waist. 80% polyester. 20% Rayon. Flat measurements: waist 20", hips 23" length, 38". inseam 28", cuff 2" Belt loop, fly & zipper, 2 side pockets, 2 back pockets w/ buttons.
