debiwithani Hello, again! Does this have any stretch to it? Hip measurements? I'm a 2 on top, but depends on the bottom...

xiquexique @debiwithani so I just took the dress out and apparently I was remembering it wrong. The fabric Is stretchy and there isn't any pleating. Sorry, I was thinking of another dress, should have checked! Hip width measures 34" unstretched.
