designsbysubie @lindatx99 Linda - the material is not stretchy, the waist band is flat with no elastic inside. The dress drops from the underarms to the waist in almost a straight line. A belt could be worn. This dress is also super as a jacket with the buttons opened If you are interested make an offer. I would love for someone to have this. Thanks subie
