I know it’s hard to tell in the photos, but I just posted 3 more photos—the last 3 photos starting with the same coat in pink), and yes—I would say it does have a collar. It’s not a pop-up type of collar, but if you look carefully under all the fur, you can see that a collar does exist. Hope that helps 🤗

jfcoffey1110 Hi I am in the hospital with my 14 month old and was scrolling WN.
