question about fit... would you say these are a true size 9.5 or do they run big...how did they fit you?

@lauree_1144 I’m sometimes and 8.5-9 and they fit lose. They should fit a person who is a 9.5

She tried some similar shoes on and the 9 fit perfectly...so, thank you so much but unfortunately they will be too large.
