Dry cleaned and tags taken out for photos. This designer is Located in the heart of Beverly Hills. couture atelier S. BALIAN is known for its craftmanship and design since 1995. This is one of their early designs. Can be worn many ways adding pants instead of the skirt , mix and match the tops etc. The only issues are shown in photos of a little stitching pulling from hem split in back. 3 small specks on the jacket near shoulder which can easily be covered with jewelry.
