S A New Day Khaki Tie Waist Skirt

Great for the office. Has deep front pockets. Very soft material that has a slight sheen to it. 71% modal, 29% polyester. Size small, but runs large. Elastic back waistband and tie around waist make it somewhat adjustable. Fully lined. Only worn once. Sits at the waits and hits at the knees (I'm 5'4").
