ariesalterego @luxsell42 my friend had a subscription for this and they sent her way too many so I’m trying to sell them for her. I do know that one of the mushrooms in here prevents you from getting dementia. I added a few more photos of the ingredients. What I would do is either go to the website or go to Google and they should tell you what benefits each one of the mushrooms have.

ariesalterego @luxsell42 I know the lions mane is to prevent dementia. But some of the other ones work on digestion. I think some people get rid of their ADHD medication with it.

ariesalterego @luxsell42 i’m not quite sure of all the benefits. I know I drink it, and I love the way it tastes the brown one has caffeine in it but the green one doesn’t. So I like to drink the green one at night. And I mix it with soy milk. I would suggest mixing it with some sort of sweetened type of milk.
