Rusty orange maxi skirt Forever 21

Rusty orange colored maxi dress with a wrinkled look. Never worn, no rips no tears no stains. There’s a slit on the left side. Drawstring on top and very stretchy. Will fit anywhere from size 18 to probably a 24!
