Rusty Surfwear Tee Shirt

Black with red logo, Rusty 1985. This tee may be vintage, but I don't know which decade. Rusty's was founded in 1985. I can't read the writing inside the short, but it feels like all cotton. Good to very good pre-owned condition. I think it is women's, it says size medium but it looks like a small to me, please note the measurements Armpit to armpit 16" Shoulder to shoulder 14" Length from shoulder 23"
