Rustler Vintage Distressed High Waisted 90s Mom Straight Leg Cutoff Ripped Jeans

One of a kind distressed high rise rustler jeans in medium wash. Missing pocket & ripped pocket detail. Tag says 32 but these have shrunk over time, please see measurements, I am a size 4/27, and with a belt they fit me great. I think they can fit size 6/28 well too.
