Rustic/Western Tiedye Ruffle Blouse

Yall this is a very western/rustic pull on blouse with soft ruffles around the neck, wrists and down the front. Pretty detailed lace around the wrists as well. Only worn a couple of times. Looks awesome with boots and jeans.
